Experience Paris at Bayside: Olympic Specials & Live Coverage!

Olympic fever has captivated everyone, and Bayside Restaurant is joining in the excitement! Although traveling to France for the Games isn't always an option, Bayside's innovative team has brought the Parisian dining experience to life. They've introduced three Paris-inspired dishes, each worthy of a Gold Medal, available until the end of the Olympics coverage. 

Guests can enjoy watching the Olympics in the newly revamped bar area, and live music will continue nightly in the Piano Lounge. Additionally, the restaurant’s wine experts are offering daily wine pairing suggestions for each dish, available upon request from the server.

Kei Concepts, renowned for its acclaimed restaurants like Vox Kitchen and Nếp Cafe, is excited to unveil Kei Coffee House in Westminster. This new establishment aims to be a lively community gathering spot, merging contemporary coffee trends from the West with the deep-rooted traditions of Asia and Southeast Asia.

Kei Coffee House is designed to be an inviting space that encourages connection, learning, and a shared appreciation for coffee. The vision is to create an environment where people can gather for various occasions—be it social events, work meetings, or simply relaxing. The objective is for patrons to discover and enjoy new flavors, brewing techniques, and the overall coffee experience.

At Kei Coffee House, the coffee menu features a variety of brewed coffees made from both Arabica and Robusta beans. The coffee offerings are complemented by a selection of high-brew teas, blended beverages, refreshers, and artisan pastries baked fresh daily. Monthly signature specials will showcase unique Southeast Asian flavors such as coconut, pandan, Thai banana, and sweet potato, catering to diverse preferences.

While Kei Coffee House collaborates with local experts to source premium beans from reputable South American farms, there are plans to incorporate beans from Asia as the team continues to expand their knowledge and sourcing practices. This approach ensures high quality and sets the stage for a more customized coffee experience in the future.

Covering approximately 4,000 square feet, Kei Coffee House offers a spacious yet cozy environment for seating and socializing. The space features floor-to-ceiling windows that provide ample natural light, and its modern minimalist design fosters a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen allows for a broad range of food items to be served, with plans to eventually offer a comprehensive food menu.

What distinguishes Kei Coffee House is its integration of evolving modern coffee trends with the rich and varied coffee cultures of Asia and Southeast Asia.
